MGF505-3R suppressed the phosphorylation levels of signaling molecules. A-B HEK293T cells were cotransfected with Flag-cGAS (500 ng), Flag-STING (500 ng), and HA-MGF505-3R plasmids (1 μg). Twenty-four hours after transfection, the cells were collected at the indicated times. C-F Twenty hours after transfection with HA-MGF505-3R, HEK293T cells were left untreated or treated with poly (dG:dC) (1.5 μg) for 12 h before being collected. “+” represents transfected, “-” represents nontransfected. For all cell lysates, the target proteins were detected by western blotting. Quantitative analysis of protein blots was performed using ImageJ software.
